A. Once you confirm the order at the end of the checkout process, you will will receive an order confirmation page with your confirmation number. You will also receive a confirmation email from us immediately following the order.

A. Orders placed by 3PM CST Mon-Fri will ship same day. Otherwise, your order will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM CST will ship the following Monday.
Q. How can I cancel my order?
A. Please call or email us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. But you can still return the product for a refund.
Q. Do you accept purchase orders?
A. Unfortunately, we do not accept PO's. Our order fulfillment process is fully automated for efficiency and to provide the best possible prices so payment needs to be taken at the point of order.

Q. What shipping methods do you offer?
A. We use the reliable services of FedEx for most shipments. Sometimes USPS mail and UPS is used depending on the destination. Ground will take an average of 3-5 business days for delivery. FedEx 2-Day (2 Business Days) will be delivered in 2 business days, while FedEx Standard Overnight (Next Business Day) will be delivered the next business day.
Q. Do you offer overnight shipping?
A. Yes. Please choose Next Day, and it will be shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight. It will be delivered the next business day. If you need to have it delivered on a Saturday, please phone in your order instead. There is a surcharge for Saturday Delivery.
Q. What are the locations you ship to?
A. We ship to all U.S. locations including APO, FPO addresses and U.S. Territories such as Guam and Virgin Islands. We do not offer shipping outside of the U.S.

A. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number. You can also check the status of your order online by entering your confirmation number.

Q. What happens when an item is back-ordered?
A. When an item is not available for immediate shipment and gets back-ordered, we'll inform you immediately of the estimated date of availability via e-mail or by phone. We will send you the available items first and keep the remaining order on a "back-order" status. The back-ordered item is shipped as soon as it becomes available or if you decide to cancel it.

A. We do offer a refund within 30 days of purchase. After the initial 30 days of purchase, we offer replacements, but no refunds, for defective products up to 12 months from original purchase.
